RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Missed the Oct 15th date. From the MD&A, "PHA plans to finance the acquisition through a global refinancing with a group of lenders." This is probably a fairly involved process if they are refinancing their entire existing bank debt, which might explain the length of time taken. Hopefully we hear more news soon.
