NEO Battery Materials Ltd. is a Canadian battery materials technology company. It is focused on developing silicon anode materials for lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles, electronics, and energy storage systems. Its three types of products, NBMSiDE-P100, NBMSiDE-P200, and NBMSiDE-C100 are manufactured through its nanocoating technology and are based on metallurgical-grade silicon with purities of at least 99.95%. It has developed a nanocoating process to manufacture silicon anodes. Its material provides improvements in capacity and efficiency over lithium-ion batteries using graphite in their anode materials.

RE:0 volume againFrom last news release. Will start trading likely 2 days after financing closes.
The Offering is expected to be completed on or about October 31, 2023 (“Closing Date”)

The wait will be worth it if they announce an oversubscribed PP, followed by JV deal.
