I agree they had good intentions and a way forward initially but in the end it looks like they ran out of time and money to keep going.
Slim chance that this will come back and even slimmer chance it will be brought to any kind of commercial success.
The years and failed hopes have beaten most of us down to where we are cynical and negative.
Maybe our hopes wouldn't have been so high if they hadn't over promised so much in their news releases (go back and read them, all the things they set up, defence department contacts, talks about licensing the technology, building a full scale plant in Ohio, etc...)
Nothing much we can do, certainly do not put good money after bad.
