RE:RE:RE:RE:New Press Release - Sirona Biochem Announces Payment of Convertible Debenture Interests in Shares Mgmt silence on the Abbvie deal is stupidly excessive. Michelle told me that the deal does contain performance clauses where Abbvie must commercialize within a certain period or lose exclusivity. Sirona should have at least disclosed this so investors don't think that Abbvie can sit on this for ever and not produce anything.

At every turn Howard makes the wrong decision and guides this ship onto the rocks. Let us look at some highlights.....
- Partnering up with Wanbang..... they slow walk SGLT2 trial and it goes generic in China and trial has to be discontinued. Then they continue the partnership and the information Wanbang is supposed to supply to secure a pet deal is never delivered or can't be relied on.
- Waiting forever and a day to actually do a clinical trial on their skin lightener which puts them years behind licensing.
- Rodan and Fields deal is supposed to shoot them into a new class of company but falls flat on face and deal is eventually terminated.
- Never hooks up with a real aggressive promotion company to tell the story. Gets lame companies to do one-off stories and the German company that was pushing the story seems to bail after years of broken promises and shareprice implosion.
- I think the real issues started when Howie replaces former CEO with himself and without any biostock knowledge or experience steers things so off course the cutting edge science is the only thing keeping this play above water.
- The BIG F-UP in the company history was doing a deal with Allergan getting next to no upfront with nothing in the company coffers and then not releasing a single detail about the deal. Howard thought for sure this deal was going to catapult the shareprice through the roof and was already looking at hiring staff, getting new equipment and buying himself a home on the ocean. But the market said wait a minute..... what the hell is this? No numbers, no forecasts, no timing. Yeah we are going to value this at less than zero until we see numbers or $. And here we are at less than 10 cents a share - thanks HV.
