RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Zembala KTD, maybe they thought they could raise enough money in the open market to design and build a pilot plant and do a proof of concept. And from all appearances maybe they did just that.  I'm willing to grant them that although who knows really.   They then reasoned that being able to show the process works would ignite the fires of industrial interest and it would just take off from there.   It seems that with this step, something went wrong.  Just guessing of course without having any idea, two possibilities are the process is not where they needed it to be to be truly convincing, and / or the lawsuits have carried more force than they ever anticipated.  But how weird that the PRs afterwards just went into magical bizarre type thinking....goals without the slightest hint of how they would be met.  They just began a panicky flailing in the wind, or so it appears.
