My hunch is that RC offered RDW bad terms and he had no choice. The terms were likely at a certain percent below market price on a certain day. The stream of NR's were to get it high enough so that the the offering might be 0.25 rather than 0.22. I think RDW is on personal terms with all the people that bought his private placements at 0.25 in the past year and they are all feeling let down.

And when I say he had no choice it is not to put RDW in a sympathetic light. He had one job which was to get the word out on a successful phase 2 study and couldn't do it.
