Someone or organisation, with inside info, has an dea what is to come and is hedging any exposure that something may not go as planned. Throughout my time dabbling in the markets I have seen share prices appreciated 2,3,4,5.......10 dollars or more based on something someone posted ( not from the company) online. We see EVLV up over the past two days with no news from the company but the opposite from Xtract One. They had amazing news but the company's sp continues to decline and hover between a predetermined price point. These are symptoms of something dirty. No news or marketing will move the needle until it is slated to move by the forces to be unless Xtract One take a stance and go public with this concern. This manipulation could drive people to sell and away from the company resulting in the sp falling even further and an ultimate buyout.
