The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Pretty strange day for REITS

They all behaved rather differently, and the Canadian REIT sector looks like its in a funk despite rates being lower than in the US. VNQ up 2% and XRE gave back all the gains rather quickly. Wish i had something to sell on strength to buy Riocan at $16.50. Thats a juicy price, it will rip back to $20 it always does.
