Add back PMZ and you get $11.50/shareHR used to be a $20-25 dollar REIT. They are moulding it so its more investor friendly. Yet they cut dividend and we are still 50% off those highs. I wonder at what point these reits just divest it into resdential/industrial then sell them off or make them pure plays with a solid balance sheet.
Maybe the plan will conclude and they will deliver, reits out of favor, but still, this isnt looking good
