AGM

AGM
Went to ELBM's AGM to get some straight answers to simple questions.  Some observations:
  • About 15 - 20 other people showed up.
  • Trent did a presentation that was light on specifics and heavy with BS.
  • Two questions he didn't answer:  Where is he going to get the money? When will ELBM go into production?
  • Trent got a lot of questions and a few of them got him rattled.  He couldn't answer a couple of questions and his IR guy had to step in.
  • One shareholder made a good point that no other directors attended and asked why.   Trent's reponse was BS.  He said it was to save $$.
  • Trent tried to gloss over his screwups by claiming they were because of inflation and supply chain issues.  I told him he needs to stop making excuses.  I've lost a lot $$ on ELBM and won't likely get it back.
  • Conclusion:  Outlook for the company isn't promising  They need US$60M.  Doubt anyone is going to give ELBM a cheque while Trent is still CEO.
