Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical stage pharmaceutical company. RE:RE:Money slowly trickle in...Maybe you're looking at Theralase website for the share count.  I always go to the TMX website for such information because it is always up to date there.  Share issuances have to be reported/approved by TMX the regulatory body so it is always up to date.  Not so with Theralase website. I imagine with the skinny crew some things get overlooked. 

The two previous PPs, one closed around June 30 and the other September 7, combined share issuances were 6.6 million.
