All things considered spike, I agree.  This was good news.  Obviously we would like better news, but due to the market conditions, the Nasdaq constant selling with such a wide spread, the fees, the company having to spend time and effort to stay there, we are much better off to simplify and focus on the TSX.  In five years alone the costs to stay on that Nasdaq exchange is 25 million +.

No brainer to get the hell out of there.

Totally agree NASDAQ was a major waste of time and money.
