News that Was Not Release to Shareholders

News that Was Not Release to ShareholdersDear Fellow Shareholders,

It appears that management failed to notify all of you that they failed to renew 70-80% of all of their mineral claims with the government.  Why did they not renew them?  Probably because they could not afford them.  No worries though, they did maintain approximately 41 acres of the Tin Cup Area and some minimal acres in the FM prospect area.  Everything else is gone.  Look it up for yourself.  Many of their highly prospective claims have already been claimed by other companies.  Some of their claims have not been claimed by other companies yet.  The Reyna shares held by this company are worthless at this time as well and it will take all of those shares to pay off their debt to their creditor.  So, basically what this company has left is the small Tin Cup area that was discovered by another company 40 plus years ago, but this company has no property to grow even what was discovered, which appears to be minimal anyway.  There is no way to avoid bancruptcy for this company.  It is pretty much over unless Reyna Silver makes a huge discovery and even then this company will have no lands or prospects.  Its over and has been over.  Realty
