  • Gary oh Gary! You need a long rest! The cart is away in front of the horse in your mind. NWH has never indicated a desire to liquidate the entire portfolio. Speculating about a takeout price is wasteful energy at this point. The seller controls the game as you can’t buy something that is not for sale.
