"Bonanza Grade Gold Zones": BWCG Unveils Exciting Assays Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd. (TSXV: BWCG, OTC: BWCGF) shared today that it has made a significant gold discovery at its Harry Property, located in the heart of the Golden Triangle between the previously producing Scottie Gold Mine and the historically significant Premier Gold Project.
The stage for this exciting discovery is the project's Swann Zone. Findings include:
High-Grade Gold and Silver: The first assays BWCG received hit two "bonanza grade" gold zones in the same drill hole: 312 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold and 101 g/t of silver over 1 meter. This exciting discovery of high-grade Gold and Silver is one of the most stand-out intercepts seen in the Golden Triangle in recent times.
Ultra-High-Grade Quartz-Gold Veins: BWCG's discovery showcases the presence of ultra-high-grade quartz-gold veins, a sign of substantial mining potential. This discovery is reminiscent of Newmont's Brucejack Mine, which stands as one of the most prominent high-grade underground mines in North America.
Blackwolf's CEO, Morgan Lekstrom, expressed his excitement and appreciation for the discovery, stating, "We are not only thrilled by the exceptional high-grade nature of this discovery but also the tremendous value it holds for our shareholders." Drawing parallels with the success of the Brucejack Mine, Lekstrom believes that BWCG has the potential to develop another similar mining system. Notably, BruceJack was acquired by Newcrest for $2.7 Billion US.
This discovery marks the first chapter in the story of BWCG's growing list of accomplishments. With the potential to develop another high-grade underground mine in North America, the future looks promising for BWCG and its shareholders.
