Power ratesCanadian Solar said on Monday it would invest $800 million to build a solar photovoltaic (PV) cell production facility at the River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

I just can't make this news story up !  In the mean time the Canadian tax payer is building battery plants for foreign company's , what the frok is going on ? This company can't be donating or be in a liberal riding . BCRNW
