My guess is that sanan it's just misdirection and half truths in the PRs. The likely situation is that Sanan is working with poet to tool up a manufacturing POC. Looking at pooets track record the likely outcome is that they'll run into issues with small batches and low yields. The findingd will be that it's not a commercially viable tech. Any interested buyers would want to check all of this out as part of the DD. (so a hostile buyout is extremely unlikely)
