Yes,  This is basically an agreement with Toyota Materials Handling, Raymond and Bastain solutions.  The other two are wholey owned subsisiaries of Toyota Corp.  That will give Electrovaya $36mm of guranteed incpme.  Then add some for Bus & Truck batteries next year and it should be a $60mm++ year for Electrovaya.
