I don't think many shareholders realize jsut how dire the situation could be here.
Yesterdays news of a PO comes after a failed attempt at raising cash thru the ATM. This PO is not presold, no indicaion of pricing, nor the size. No clarity on need.
How can a company at this stage in its development function like this.

I'll not be surprised, if the next news is resignation from senior management and/or BOD members.
