The properties in its Smoky region include Kakwa and Resthaven, all located in Northwest Alberta. RE:RE:Apples and OrangesThe project WAS given the go ahead. The only thing that stood in its way is your delusion.  Like I told you before, if you look up to the clouds long enough you'll see whatever you want to see. Many mining projects have cost overruns outside our country. Many with less oversight. Protesters cost alot of money. Its not unusual for a massive project not to get built on time and on budget no mater the country. Like I said the project Was approved. Or is this the first you've ever head of it. Blame the government again. I don't recall Trudeau placing a stop work order on it. Mayby the courts or protesters causing damage but it happen in every country..... see...we have and need government oversight to prevent dams being built holding sludge that burst wiping out villages below. Or even daycares where our children get sick...or Walkerton. Get used to it....its a fact of life. Free Enterprise refused pony up and more than likely made a profit. Line 3 was also approved. Only no mountains in the way. What do you see in the clouds now?...
