What's going on?

What's going on? If there's such a thing as shorting a bargain basement penny stock, we're seeing it live now. No word on the raise, so must be easier to push the price down.
Will the TLT car ever get out of this never-ending rut and drive on a  highway? Is our driver going to show he's capable of navigating this car out of the rut?
