RE:Need not worry as a sale price for Crawford Idle, Then you have to toss in how much new value for the other 10 more Crawfords at whatever price it sold for. Double the $7.50 I would think.

Plus how much for any value to any CC deal for all the value for laying the groundwork. Feels like $20 to me. 

Then Texmont as well. This could get verrrrry interesting.
