The reit should have solid fundamental earnings coming up ..

Great vacancy rate ! 

Rent growth ! ( should be high on turnover) 

I don't expect much about the strategic review. ( but you never know ) 
maybe more clarity on single unit sales.

( I don't think the extremely tight market conditions have changed )

looking forward to the earnings call on Tuesday.

I think it's great value at this SP will be adding any level below $3 a share.
