RE:Replicel Top InvestorsOne thing that comes to mind when you realize that these 10 shareholders control 62.7% of the company is that they could easily take the company private. Approx. 25,000,000 shares needed to buy out. I would think an opening offer would be in the $.20 - $.25 range. That would be in the area of $6,000,000. Within this group I don't think that would be a problem to raise the funds.
What would be the advantage to this group to take the company private ? For starters it would dispense with the costs associated with running a public company. Secondly they could take the company in any direction they choose without always seeking shareholder approval.
Would I take $.25/share....yes in a hearbeat.
