Very simple.

If you are an honest person you simply state the facts.

You know your statement on BB's have ZERO effect on the shareprice.

In fact if you do not identify deficiencies, you will never be able to fix it. Complaints are the first step to solving the problem. Yeah, if nobody ever fixes anything the complaints become chronic.

Like i said. Very simple. We do not need rocket scientists to answer this. The question is more why would you question this poster?
