Big strategic review expense in Q3

Big strategic review expense in Q3of $1.178 million euro dollars. Metrics otherwise were fantastic. Looks like they only sold a few units, guessing they are now awaiting the outcome of the CBRE led strategic review. Seems like something 'large' could be looming for ERES.
