POet's real problem is the Management,who hasn't the slightest clue about running a Public Company. and while Mika may be one to bear some of the blame for the ill timed move to the Nasdaq,.it's SV, the CEO of the company, that should be held fully accountable for the Company's poor and final decisions that have brought us to the lowest point in the Company's history...
