RE:Change

RE:Change

I care deeply Keen2Know!    Not for nothing I am a massive shareholder in LME as well as doing some work for the company here.

I'm given confidence by the process that has unfolded over the past 6 months.   You don't form a special committee and hire a financial advisor because nobody is interested in buying your company.

After that the details get pretty tight lipped..... as they should!   You'd have far fewer interested partners at the table if you announced who was there and when.

Cynthia is many things but dishonest is a trait I'm yet to see.   She adheres to the rules at all times and errs on the side of caution as we've seen over the years.  I like that in a CEO.

I maintain that we won't get info on a transaction until we see an announcement detailing a transaction and I won't diminish my exposure to LME between now and then for any reason.

We're a week removed from people who own more than I do happily buying more shares at a premium to where we are today by a wide margin!   Tax benefits aside, you actually do need to be bullish on a stock when you buy their flow through or the benefit is greatly reduced.  I'm sure I'll be told that's wrong.

I'm comfortable and happy sharing my opinion with you and happy to see yours.   I don't think anyone who sees this differently than I do is bad, I just think you're wrong.

We have more property, more cash, more partners, a contracted financial advisor, oversold issuance, drills turning, positive cashflow, low gold inventories, global instability, a gold backed currency trying to launch.......

.......yeah, I think we're better off today than a year ago.   By a lot.

My view, you're allowed to have yours of course.

Hope that helps,

Steve

Why have they decided to announce this now? Is there a risk that Cynthia can now be voted out next weeek?

did this even need to be discussed? Why did they not maintain the same view that they have expressed so far in that the report was not necessary? It feels weird that they have come out and said this which they surely know would cause an uproar.

The casual responses from Roger and Steve give off 'we don't care' vibes. This is all getting a bit weird..
