The Horse Doctor reported a financing of $4.

So, the buyers were lined up.

Then they found themselves in the quiet period to release the financials. Botched the release. Like oh shoot we cannot do that. And now presumably the wait is on the financials.

In the meantime the Horse Doctor is having fun, partying because he is averaging down without lifting a finger. Thanks to who knows, they will never let us know, probably.

Oh, and then there were the rumours of investors of 50mln and a JV outside China. Thats all just the past couple of months.

We need an extensive explanation......no, oh look there announcement.
