Totally agree boardwalk is a great investment have owned it since the $25 range ( lows of covid ) and many times over the last 15 years. ( from Calgary, so know it well )

have recently sold most of the position for no other reason but to take good profit and put it into something that's much cheaper at the moment.

Way to many reits on sale now. ( love boardwalk reit, and mainstreeet ) will always hold some of both.

Just better risk reward at the moment in a lot of these ones that have been taken to the woodshed so to speak. Ere.un

the last ones have office but at these prices ( risk reward is worth it at least for a trade )

I like buying when everyone is tax loss selling. And assume the reits Will never recover, and interest rates will stay this high forever.

( they won't ) Canadians have way to much debt. ( cutting next year )
