Good morning Crazy,

I did not realize that BPO has the CUSIP for each of its pref shares on its website.

So I doublechecked your numbers and they seem right except I could not see the T series.

I did the same for the ZPR ETF for the series that I hold and no dramatic changes at all since June 30. The RPF ETF and HPR ETF do not supply daily holdings so it seems.

So my theory that the ETF might be the culprit for all the crazy volatility looks to be not the case.

Anyways, looking forward to the BPY 6-K on its financials this week and BPY's formal dividend declarations on its pref shares.
