Weekly StatsGold lost 2.4% and so did the miners with GDX losing 7.5% and GDXJ getting a haircut of 8%! Are the spring tensed now? Can they be pushed a little bit more before popping out to the moon?
SGNL followed the trend with about the same lost. Volume was still anemic beside 2 NRs published this week: the Nebari arrangment has been extended by 6 months and the VLF survey over the entire land package in Nova Scotia showing nice pink stuff all over the place. I guess we will have drill results soon. Some moderate gold bugs are saying that gold is set now to take off as soon as the S&P and other stock markets get a correction.
