Anyway got my pork belly nicely marinating in celery juice, salt, brown sugar and garlic to be cold smoked with mesquite wood in a couple of days to make the best smoked bacon I've ever tasted, if I don't say so myself. Hey fec/cgx where's the beef? I know where the pork barreling is. Can't believe this shyte! Learned a lot though. Wasn't a waste of time.
