The selling AFAICT, is from some holders taking advantage of the financing w/ free warrants. I'm happy to just grab cheap shares on TD at 12-15 cents (TLTFF) myself as others jockey for warrants and rebuy positions through the financing.
In fact, I'm waiting for funds to clear TD right now to grab more... playing catch-up to DeathXray33.

The company is on the cusp of greatness, that seems readily clear, so DCA + patience is the way, IMO.
