Seems no one knows how to proceedregarding rare earth....as usual the government promises to act but it takes years to get things done....these companies need financial support...meanwhile Australia, China, etc produce rare earths in abundance and we sit on our....thumbs
these companies are trying but there is no leadership in the White House or Congress just talk
