RE:Operating ResultsIs this a shell game where they remove the dividend and make it reappear at a lower rate as things deteriorate? Its buying time and options, perhaps rather than substantially improving nav.   I dont know.  If they wanted the units to stay higher they would do nothing, so the only thing this does for sure is drop the price.
