RE:RE:RE:RE:Proxy Vote is due by Dec 12th CALL YOUR BROKERA good example is Bombardier.  It was 80 cents when they consolidated 25 for 1. The stock went to $20 on the consolidation. A year later is was $72. Once institutions get involved anything can happen.  The secret  is that the Company needs to be on a path to profitability. 
Trust me, I would not be in favor of this if I thought it was all bad. My 3 million shares will drop down to a measly 100,000. But the situation will not change if the board does not shake things up.
