True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is a Canada-based unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. The REIT owns and operates a portfolio of about 40 properties consisting of approximately 4.6 million square feet in urban and select strategic secondary markets across Canada focusing on long-term leases with government and credit-rated tenants. Its properties include 36 and 38 Solutions Drive, 500 Beaverbrook Court, 61 Bill Leathem Drive, 675 Cochrane Drive, and 1112 Fort Street, among others.

Good call you are exactly correct o ia
If there was a time to buy REITs it's know not when there at all time highs!

Block out all the negative comments do your own research then actually have the ( balls ). To buy when you feel the valuation is worth the risk!!

Depending on how you feel about rates and inflation for me I feel we are at the height of rates!!
So I am buying very carefully but buying !!!

For all those that don't think the world's coming to n end!!!
