Touchstone Exploration Inc. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the business of petroleum and natural gas exploration, development, acquisition and production. The Company is active in onshore properties located in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. It operates Trinidad-based upstream petroleum and natural gas activities under state exploration and production licenses with the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries (MEEI), Lease Operatorship Agreements (LOAs) with Heritage Petroleum Company Limited and private subsurface and surface leases with individual landowners. It is focused on onshore oil and natural gas properties located in southern Trinidad. With interests in approximately 145,000 net working interest acres of core exploration and development rights. Its core focus is on exploration and development on the Ortoire block and development production on its five onshore lease operatorship properties (CO-1, WD-4, WD-8, Fyzabad, and Balata East).

Dont believe recent stock price has much to do with shorts.
There is not much there in percentage of the float.
I believe its a management credibility issue.
They are not hitting their own targets with operational issues popping up too frequently.
Obviously some are moving on to other opportunities in the space.
These guys need to execute or perhaps a change is needed.
The shareholders are telling management that by hitting the sell button.

For those who are wondering why TXP is having a problem with the PPS gaining traction despite previous announcements that would otherwise be positive; might want to look no further than at (100% SPECULATION) the recent gyrations of the Shorting Positions to reconcile any opportunities presented by project setback(s) (e.g. flaring signals ??) to those astutes "positioned" to bet on possible market pull backs (weakness).

Let's see what the 2023-11-15 update says. As the Dec 17th update is being heralded as the inflection point to 20 years of FCF. If only to attract the local entrenched macos (e.g. Renegades) with "tuck-in" aspirations as a stop gap (say 5 year interim) measure to comingle an (2x+) offshore gas price as TT despeartely needs gas at PL & PF unless and until off shore BG & V Ddragon can materialize.

BWDIK? Playing the gap. Or maybe just PB's retirement plan?
