to me it underlines the foolishness of the r/s in order to drop the penny stock status.

Poet is a pennystock because they are a clown show. And because of the market cap. Not because of the share price.

The new share price allowed options and margins. The pennystock price itself protects shareholders.

But no they had to tinker with it.
