another company I invested in had this problem. they did a PP at .37. Only the first trance filled. They waited 9 months but the share price didn't recover and then they had to lower the PP to get filled.
I am not impressed with the PP. the insiders put up a small amount. They keep changing their deck. And it seems Production is far away. You know they could Raise money if they SOLD SOMETHING!!
But that is years away and looks like this could be the first PP of many.
I wish they would tap into that Goverment money out there....
