True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT) is a Canada-based unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust. The REIT is primarily focused on creating value for unitholders through the investment in and ownership of commercial properties in Canada. RE:Everything will work out just fine. Long term rates may come down unless inflation sparks up. I never understood the thought process behind fed cuts by the spring. The only scenarios where the fed cuts is if something breaks, and you won't want to be in here if it does. They won't do it for the hell of it, never have.
