RE:RE:Financing Will Not Close any time soon!!!hey i will answer that....because i think that all of there previous financings were like bought deals.....not this time,   best effort basis was the term,  and this  one at 30 cents even didn`t have a price even at first ,   it just said  best effort basis untill they corrected it which was very unprofessional   imo.
