RE:I Admit.. 🥲Julie you have difficulty reading. They paid a premium and they declared gold and cash on the weigh bills. Ignore the cash and count the gold alone. The weight is on the waybill and it says gold so the declared value is easily established without puting a number on it which is why they will lose the case.
That said, win or lose it is minimal in the scheme of things the damage has already been done to Air Canada's reputation as a dependable air freight company.
