I have said it before, what is happening behind closed doors with this company management team is beyond unreal. However I also know that most IR people or firms representing a client and getting paid will blow smoke up your keister until the cows come home.
Again, this will play out as it does. Likely we will never know the real truth behind this latest gong show, sure you might get a Lisa version or a Scott version, but neither one of these people should be trusted.
At this point, I really don't care what the truth is and until we get the numbers we have no idea what to expect going forward. So vent your frustrations, sit and wait for the results. Or take the offer on the table and sell your shares. Missing a financial filing deadline is a big deal in my books, however it happens more than you think and there are legit reasons.
Unfortuneatly the track record and credibility of this CEO leads me to believe that this is just another blunder on her part. The buck has to stop at Lisa, she continues to shoot herself in the foot, she does not care about any retail shareholders or investors, were just too small. However she absolutely needs to care about big money and big companies that have been watching her performance over the years.
Did I read correctly, on or before the 29th of December? Papi or Peggy is going to need an oak barrel of his favorite spirits to wait this one out. My guess is that the Vegas book makers would have this sitting at 70/30 split not turning out very good. I do hope that I am wrong, time will tell the story.
