The best funded fabs, designers and smartest engineers in the world said Silicon is the only option. GaAs or the other exotic materials are not possible. It's a pipe dream like fusion. JMO, GLTA, and like our quirky friend keeps saying: ThisIsYerChance (To sell before you can't anymore) LOL!
