Nicaragua is very quick with approvals unlike Canada that has mining companies loaded down with regulations and delays that cost companies millions and at least a decade before they get any ore out of the ground.
Projects in Canada drag on for decades and find it difficult to make a profit under the heavy regulatory, royality and tax burdens.
All the mining profit goes to financing government waste and largesse.
