Basically radicalized dopes willing to be killed thinking they will get heaven

Iran-
Brilliant use of proxies to make sure that SA doesn't sign an Agreement with Israel 

Spread unrest throughout the world and especially in the US

Test the resolve of Biden over the next year and perhaps for 5 more depending on what happens in the election in 2024

Russia

Take the world's attention of of Ukraine

China

See how much it takes before the American would actually do anything militarily

Stock Market

A big yawn and focus on whether there will be a recession in the US or not next year
