That's a lot of work to say nothing.  

Kopernick is attempting to recoup their dwindling stock value by continuing the charade. 

A USACE issued 404 permit does not authorize construction. There a +60 permits/authorizations requiring securement followed by Alaska legislative vote.

Financing is required to be secured.  Both a Preliminary and Bankable Feasibility Studies are required.  None have been produced to date.

The latest of five? Technical Reports/ Preliminary Economic Assessments exclude access, closure and water treatment in perpetuity costs as well as many other infrastructure costs.

Comparing other deposits and real mines to Pebble demonstrates your shallow understanding of resource development and regulatory rquirements.
