Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:High interest rates will be disaster Essentially let's say in 2025 or 2026 rates are back under 3%.  Everyone will be racing to buy and prices will go through the roof as supply is worse.  Probably looking at another 20% gain in residential in next 3 to 5 years
